Actually, I'm saying that this sounds like a young girl who needs a more involved father in her life. And I'm guessing that he is not around. Whether that is OP's fault or the father's fault is not the issue. The child is paying the price.

Unless she becomes a stripper and a heroin addict at 19. Hotness fades quickly then. (I would be happy if my DSD has the security of a provider like that at least, but no.)
