Wow, do you live inside the station? Do you also work as a station attendant at Gallery Place? |

Ashburn to Reston, 25min. This is from when i step foot out my front door, to when i swipe my key card on the lock on my office suite.
Today i hauled ass because i was late for a meeting and the traffic gods were in my side. Didn't hit the breaks a single time. 17min drive time. |
Work at home, shower to coffee to desk = 20 min. |

We live in Kensington. DH and l both leave around 9. It takes him 45 mins to get 18th and K and it takes me the same amount of time to get to Baltimore near the stadiums.
when he's headed home at night after rush hour, it takes him 25-30 minutes. In the evenings it takes me about an hour. |
jealous much!
|
| Takoma Park to Mark Center (NoVa) about an 50-1 hour in the morning, much worse in the evening. I have had Google tell me to take 395 down to 495 and around in the evening it is so locked up a few times. Rock Creek Drive's closure has crippled my commute. |
Of your delusion? not really but if it makes you happy. |
that you live in a subway tunnel? Definitly not. |
Similar, I'm TP to Rosslyn, I leave now at 4pm every day to avoid spending 90 minutes in the car. beach drive closure has destroyed my life. Morning is about 45 minutes. In nice weather (like this week!) I will bike a few times a week, it is 55 minutes in and 60 minutes home. great workout! |
Sorry, you feel the need to demean others because your commute sucks. |
| N. Arlington -- 20 minutes if I leave at 7:30 am. 35-40 min. if I leave at 8 am. |
| alexandria city (not far from masonic temple) to block away from the white house -- from 30 minutes to an hour. yesterday was a solid 50. return is about 30 min. |
| I also live in TP and work downtown. My commute by public transit is similarly short. TP, after all, is the original DC commuter suburb. |
| Tysons to Bethesda 35-45 minutes. to Laurel 60-90 minutes. |
| Fairfax City to Falls Church (25-45 min traffic dependent). Most days I work from home though. |
