6th Season of Homeland

Can't believe how truly awful the finale was!!!

Shocked, never been let down by this show before now. ?

I liked the finale, although the final scene did remind me of the 70s crying Indian PSA.

I thought the finale was eh. However, the season as a whole was one of the best. I do like how they're setting up next season with the President being a bad a potential trader. I like how they're doing homegrown terrorist rather than the typical Middle East story line.

Can the show continue? Not sure.

I really hated it too. Quinn was a great character. Carrie just not interesting. She is always the same. No emotional depth or tenderness. I won't watch for her. Think it was really a mistake to kill off Quinn.

Apart from that episode just fell flat. Disjointed. Not exciting. Could care less about nuts president. Carrie is just same old. Not making any progress emotionally. Just don't care what happens to her. Wish the show would move overseas again. With Quinn alive.

Oh well.

This show has really gone to the dogs. That finale was so underwhelming and ridiculous. Horrible.

WARNING -- plot spoiler below -- you have been warned

The scene in the finale where Carrie is forced to put on her water skis and jump across a shark tank to rescue Quinn from Dar Adal's henchmen was a little bit overheated, I thought, and I dimly recall something similar had been done on some show in the past......

Yes but Saul navigating the nuclear sub down the Hudson was a surprise.

I really liked this season. I will miss Quinn, but what was left for him to do in the show? I will also miss Astrid. I can't wait to see what happens internally with the government next season.

Also did anyone feel like President Keane was in cahoots with the radio host guy at the end. Maybe even from the time Dar found Quinn on his laptop?

Carrie emoting Carrie emoting Carrie emoting Carrie emoting Carrie emoting Wait she's the director. Carrie emoting Carrie emoting yikes I can't take anymore.

I liked the focus on the US this season. There is so much unprecedented bs going on with our real life presidential administration and its satellite weirdness for Homeland to play with. I look forward to next season.

I will miss Quinn but the actor didn't seem to love the role any more- that makes it hard for me to want the character to stick around.

Yep, playing to their liberal audience. They lost most of the people I know who are sick if the PFC crap.
