6th Season of Homeland

Last season was super boring and I think this one will be too. It was exciting and interesting when she was working for the CIA. It's just dumb and implausible now that she's not (really, with the tunnel scene last year??)

I liked last year, but this year's storyline seems really awful and like a snooze. And it seems like they are trying to be more PC, which was great about the show- it was so unflinching and realistic. Sigh.

I officially hate Carrie.

Why doesn't Quinn remember Carrie?

I thought Quinn died at the end of last season in that scene where Carrie reads his letter. I'm confused. Also, anyone think he'll recover and get his 'super powers' back? It doesn't feel plausible but I feel like that's where the show is leading us. :-/

I love the crazy drug addled Quinn. He's very watchable.

Yes, and I think this season is really good. Like best in a while. I was never in the cool crowd that loved to trash how the show had turned (even when it wasn't great, I still sort of liked it) but I think this seasons kicks ass!! Can't wait to see how Saul v Dar plays out.

I think it's a very interesting season -- way better than the Berlin season. But Islamabad was the best.

It was definitely a slow start, but now I'm totally hooked. I was surprised (but not) when Quinn popped back up out of the water at the end of the last episode.

Still my favorite show currently running but probably because thriller/suspense is my favorite entertainment genre.

I'm glad that Carrie's delusional and risky actions have finally caught up with her and her daughter was removed from her house. Now she will have to reform herself and stop running around like a lunatic with a gun as if she is the only person on earth who can catch a terrorist.

I love Quinn. I want a happy ending for Quinn.

But I think they are going to kill him off. He will be some kind of sacrificial lamb for Carrie or Frannie.

Then I might stop watching.

Me too! I have thought, off and on, that Quinn is faking the lingering brain damage so that he can better fly under the radar, but then he does something impulsive and/or violent that looks pretty authentic.

I'm wondering how unstable Carrie will become in Franny's absence, when she will find out who alerted cps (and what she will do about it), and when everything will come to a head with the mystery bomber.

I admire the Homeland writers. They come up with some pretty complex, interwoven storylines.
