Yep. Coffee, check FB, DCUM, email, blogs, news, etc. from 5-6, then I wake up and nurse the baby @ 6 and we lounge around til 7. |
| 15 min, more if I wake up before I need to be up. |
+1 It's a huge help. |
|
None. Electronics are downstairs, beds are upstairs. |
Amen |
I don't do this. I put the phone on another level so I won't. |
| 0. I check at night. DH spends around 30 min catching up with local and international news. |
| No phones in the bedroom. House rule. |
+1. Would love to have 30 min, but usually have 0 min. |
|
quick peek at email. that is all.
|
| Zero. It hurts my eyes to look at my phone right when I get up. Plus, nothing is that crucial at 6am. It can wait until after coffee. |
| About 20 minutes. Alarm goes off at 6.30, check email (work and personal), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, NY Times |
| On a day where I'm very well-behaved, 30 minutes. But those days are quite rare. |
|
I don't check.
Matter of fact, my phone stays off and in my purse because I only use it for emergencies. Which is almost never itself. No laptop, no tablet, no house phone, not even a clock in my bedroom. I do have a large tv but nothing else to bother me. I don't do Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter or any other social media things. My emails consist of only the stores I shop in. Damn I'm boring. But I sleep well. |
| My alarm goes off at 6;50, I get up immediately to pee, and then have to make sure my kids are up at 7. I don't even keep my phone in my bedroom overnight. |
