Every single step forward on racial progress in American history has been followed by a backlash. This is it. It's not about economics. Trump voters have an average income of around 70k. They are not poor and desperate.

How do we know this? We couldn't even poll properly. If you have no idea who your voters actually are, then how do you know their income?

Don't we just elected somebody who said Obama was not born in the USA? Even god cannot win these people.

So, we're to blame? Not surprised you think that. I guess this shoots down the notion that we'll vote Dem for free stuff.

Hillary is not likeable and did not spur people to action. This country was already in a tense state from Obama. Compounding it with a woman was too much, IMO. Especially, one as unlikeable as her.

Bernie or Biden would've killed it. We pandered to Hillary and lost.

I hope someone is checking to see if the results are truly accurate. With all of the news about Russian hackers, I don't trust the election results.

Trump said it was rigged ...

So sorry you voted for someone who had rigged the primary to push a better candidate aside. You only have yourself to blame. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Hillary isn't likable? But the guy who made fun of a disabled person is likable?!

You voted against Romney, and now nominated Hillary. Blame yourselves.

You don't get it. Trump is seen as being more transparent. He says horrible shit for sure. But Hillary is seen as conniving and underhanded. Much worse, IMO. I'd rather know how you feel than have you smile in my face, when you secretly feel disdain towards me.

If we learned nothing in 2016, it is that America hates women.

Oh there is no doubt in my mind that Trump has disdain for all his voters too.

I think the "deplorable" comment sealed Hillary's fate. Trump made the most of it.

She's not only unlikeable but very untrustworthy. She was overly confident and cocky about winning.

I thought about Bernie while I was voting.
