269 tie goes to the House, so he wins.

Pollsters fucked up.

It will be interesting to see how polling changes in the future. I think their assumptions about what kind of information they can get is deeply flawed and inaccurate, and polling won't be the tool it once was in the future. I suspect we'll see data mining replacing polling in the next election.

Respectfully? Mostly not.

I think you have us mixed up with liberals. We really do want a united America. Get over it and lets move on.

Latinos and blacks needed to vote in bigger numbers.

In my lifetime, we have had the same shocked reaction to Reagan ( an actor) and GWB (various shortcomings). Hard to be surprised anymore about the whims of the electorate.

Pollsters didn't really f up. It's the closeted trump supporters. Many are voting against her in protest and want change some are racist some just dumb. People didn't tell the truth when they were polled about who they would vote for.

Which is why polls are based on inaccurate assumptions that we really can't use in the future. Assuming you'll get the truth out of people is not good data, especially with the availability of other data to mine now. Pollsters would do well to get out of that business and into big data. Like yesterday.

The poll methods are the least of our worries.

Except when put a label to a group, you create an atmosphere of "us versus them" which contradicts your phrase that you want a united America.

NP. Can you explain this at an elementary school level? Where does the data come from that's used in data mining?

Not the same, not the same at all. I'm old enough to have been through those elections. That was disappointment. This is horror.

Blame it on the minorities!

No. Just no. Reagan had many years of government service and actually appointed fairly moderate justices. I voted for him. GWB was worse, but he is not a complete buffoon. International markets are already tanking.
