No no no, I know the OP brought up the subject of rape but that wasn't meant to be the topic of discussion. I want a solution that is practical. I have always advocated for raising the penalty on American businesses who hire illegals. Reduce the demand, you will see a reduction in supply. How is this guy making money to survive? How did he pay for the bus ticket? I'm thinking someone hired him and paid him under the table.

Rape has been on a decline because so many of the college date rapes are not reported. So yes it is a big crime and has to be stopped. But taking one bad case of a repeated illegal immigrant as an example to deport 11 million illegal immigrants or stop all immigration is JUST SO STUPID.

The solution is to implement mandatory e-verify but OPPOSED by small business republicans. The gop thinks small business will be hurt by paperwork.
