I'm not a huge HRC fan, but I'll play. So the guy was deported but keeps coming back. He seems pretty tenacious and desperate. I don't think the Wall would stop a guy like this. It would probably reduce the flow of minors, though. So if that's your goal, then sure, spend the $$ in tax dollars to stop all the minors. And yes, I say tax $ because it will take years for Trump to raise the money from taxing remittances to MX to pay for the wall. These people will find some other way to send money over, avoiding the tax.
