NP. No because there are bad elements in every population. The guy is obviously criminal and should be put in jail. A wall won't stop him. He gets some form of employment so his source of illegal income should be cut by having mandatory e-verify. But then the small business republicans won't allow mandatory e-verify because they say all the paperwork will hurt small businesses. [/quote]
