I want a solution that is practical. I have always advocated for raising the penalty on American businesses who hire illegals. Reduce the demand, you will see a reduction in supply. How is this guy making money to survive? How did he pay for the bus ticket? I'm thinking someone hired him and paid him under the table.

Where's all the outrage and #WeGottaDoSomething talk in those instances?
