Well not if your kids are climbing power lines, otherwise it's fine. The drop off from the power lines is too high for any concern.

I don't think CC schools are much differnt from Whitman or Churchill. But any minor tradedown is negligble IMO and made up for by the walkability of the neighborhood, and for many, better commuting options. All three optiopns are strong; just depnds on what's most important.
