Best tasting low/moderate sugar vanilla yogurt?

There's a whole milk plain yogurt at the Asian markets I love. I can't recall the brand.

The trick is to get full fat plain yogurt and to mix in a tiny amount of fruit.

I'm eating siggi's now, for the first time. I have the coconut flavor and it's very tart and doesent taste like coconut at all. Is this true of all the flavors? I love it regardless (very thick and creamy) just wondering if they are all tart like this.

Yes, it's so horrible that yuppies convince themselves it's good because it's 'unique' and it also has good packaging/marketing.

Weird, I love Siggi's coconut and I'm not a fan of super tart yogurt! It also has actual slivers of coconut in it- I find it tastes very coconutty!

That's what I do. Don't use vanilla extract that's in alcohol, use the glycerin type. (I get it at Trader Joe's.) I mix it with a good, plain Greek yoghurt and it's absolutely luscious.

I can eat it too, but honestly, Siggi's tastes like throw-up. People buy into the marketing/uniqueness of it - - - it's appealing to folks who think Fage is to basic.

There's a big difference in taste between real yogurt and the desserts in the dairy aisle parading as yogurt.

I actually like the taste of Siggi's. I tried the coconut and mine didn't have any slivers of coconut in it and didn't taste coconuty at all. ??

My son said it was awful while eating it on the way to school. I said don't be ridiculous! I took a bite and had to pull the car over to spit it out and gag. Nasty, nasty stuff.

Noosa is everywhere now, even Target, and it has a fuckton of sugar. The whole tub is not one serving, it's 2-3. It's a lot of sugar. Definitely good but that's why.

Isn't most of the sugar in the yogurt in the bottom fruit part? Like with noosa I try to avoid eating half the rhubarb filling, so assume my sugar intake is at least 1/3 less than the package says ??

It's hilarious the gimmicks yuppies fall for. Why siggis sells:

1. New brand (Chobani is sooo 2012 and Fage is sooo 2014)
2. slick hipster packaging
3. ICELANDIC style!!!
4. it tastes gross so it MUST BE EVEN HEALTHIER !!
5. low sugar

Siggi's 4% fat vanilla is delicious. It kind of tastes like a slightly sweet sour cream. And I love sour cream. I don't like any of the other flavored and the nonfat kind is nasty.

Yeah, ok. Except it is low in sugar, it has simple ingredients and I love yogurt. I have neither the time nor inclination to make my own so why not? Btw, I am far from being a "yuppie" gag - who actually says " yuppie" ???

This. The vanilla is the best one.
