I can't believe I'm saying this but I really think Trump is going to win.

It's all about turnout. Both candidates have high negatives. But Trump's supporters seem to be more passionate. He had high negatives among republicans too and somehow got the most votes in the primary ever.

Can both parties get a do over?

A lot of people who are ashamed to admit it in public are going to pull the lever for Trump when they get behind the curtain. If Bernie supporters stay home or go to green party as a protest vote she won't win

Then they are going to be sorely disappointed when Trump screws them over daily for the next 4 years. Everything those Americans work for will be gone: Jobs, social security, education, etc.

American will be no more.

Rasmussen, you never fail to disappoint.

With the recent Zika virus epidemic and the Honduran woman knowingly infected with Zika that came to NJ to have her baby that now has Zika and is a now a US citizen because she was born here, Trump's numbers will continue to climb. Also, the case of Zika in Texas where the mother came to the US sick in her third trimester won't help either. I am not judging these women. I feel badly for them and their babies but this is the kind of news that makes people panic and when they are panicking they choose Trump.

It's true that it is about turnout. But Trump crowning himself king is premature:

Donald Trump Is Not Expanding the GOP

A POLITICO analysis of early-voting data shows little evidence for one of the Republican nominee’s core claims.

While Trump’s insurgent candidacy has spurred record-setting Republican primary turnout in state after state, the early statistics show that the vast majority of those voters aren’t actually new to voting or to the Republican Party, but rather they are reliable past voters in general elections. They are only casting ballots in a Republican primary for the first time.

"Rasmussen" sounds whiter than Leif Ericsson.

Or it will be the same old same old...and nothing really changes with Trump as President. Every cycle it's the same end of the world predictions...you sound like right wing radio 8 years ago.

New Poll Gives Clinton Wide Path to Victory
Poll results from 50 states show close race, but also some surprises, and an overall lead for Hillary Clinton.

By Gabrielle Levy | Political Reporte July 14, 2016, at 6:46r a.m.

In addition to losing Ohio, where the poll has her behind Trump, she could also drop Iowa, Florida and Pennsylvania, and even without those four states, she would still have 271 electoral votes – just enough to win.

I guess we are no longer talking landslide!

I'm not voting.

but seriously - as though we're great today??

I also believe that behind the "curtain" people will hand their vote to Trump. Studies show that most people will vote based upon how they feel that day. And if there's a majority of citizens who are already disgruntled, they won't be singing the Clinton tune in November.

Donald Trump is getting ZERO percent of the black vote in polls in Pennsylvania and Ohio

A new national NBC News-Wall Street Journal-Marist poll shows Hillary Clinton with a slight lead, 42 to 39 percent. But Donald Trump gets almost half of the white vote in that poll, suggesting that Clinton must be doing very well with nonwhite voters.

He's not courting the black vote.

No sh*t Sherlock, but zero percent is not a winning formula.
