What about from intercourse + manual? That's what works for me (every time).

Happens to me too. Never quite sure of the reason. Sometimes it happens every week and then stops for a while and then starts up again. Way more intense than ones that happen when awake. Go figure.

Ditto. Have had intercourse orgasms in the past, but only with partners who I didn't have close enough relationships with to do oral or who were not into oral. I don't really miss them. As long as we're both getting our needs met, we're both happy. There is a wide spectrum of normal when it comes to sexuality.
