Broadchurch - the moment when Alec has to tell Ellie who the killer is. And the moment a few episodes prior when I first realized who the killer was - the hair on the back of my neck actually stood up. Also, the final scenes in Season 1 when the town goes out to the beach to light a bonfire in Danny's memory, and they see other bonfires being lit all along the coastline. Chills. And then when both families meet together for a picnic on the beach and everyone's laughing and hugging.

Top of the Lake - no one particular scene as the entire show was terrific, but that last scene where we discover what's been going on. OMG.

Friday night lights: the scene right after matt looked at his dad's body, and he's having dinner at coach's house and he says he wants to tell his dad to his face that he hates him but he doesn't even have a face.

Breaking bad: when Brock's mom is shot on the front porch.

Also, the very first scene of Downton Abbey. It was like 20 minutes long and shot on a single camera.

Also, from The X Files, the one where the brothers kept their mother on a wheeled creeper/platform thing under the bed. That was the last time I watched the X Files.
