When Noah Wylie and another character were stabbed by the mentally ill patient

When the mentally ill patient shows up for treatment in the same hospital and Noah Wylie sees him

When Bradley Whitford's character in Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip sees the baby he regards as his daughter for the first time and gets on his knees to pray

That was Kellie Martin! She asked to be released from her ER contract, because in real life her sister had just died and she couldn't handle doing full time work around death, so they asked if they could kill her off spectacularly.

Well, only recently watched, so I don't know if it will stay with me for a good long time, and will try to stay sort of vague for folks who haven't watched... The scenes in Reichenbach Falls ep, Sherlock - the conv between Sherlock and John when Sherlock is on the roof of the building and then later when John is talking to "Sherlock." I found them lovely and touching, and make me thankful for my friendships.
