OP, can you please clarify your relationship to the woman who is having a baby?
From your post I am gathering that it's your husband's brother's wife. Is this correct? Meaning the "MIL" you speak of is not the mother-to-be's mother. Correct? If this is the case, it is not weird at all that MIL is throwing DIL (mother-to-be) a shower. It IS weird that you are not invited. |
