Honestly, I wouldn't have thought to send it return receipt requested, but I'll make sure I do that if we apply for DD.

NP here. I am so paranoid about the same scenario that I submitted twice last year. Once from registered post, and once by going to the magnet school office. I attached self addressed post cards in both. I would have also faxed it too, but DH stopped me because he thought I was going nuts. LOL!

Anyways, I did not get the self=addressed postcard from either of the submissions.
