| maybe she looks older because, hmmm, she's older? It's this thing called time. It makes us all age, everyday, every second. |
|
She doesn't look "old" at all. In that photo at the front of this thread it looks like it was taken maybe in the early months of this 2nd pregnancy.
You do know she was throwing up CONSTANTLY during the first trimester of both pregnancies and had to be hospitalized / put on a drip, don't you? She looks like she's been through the mill on that front and needs a good rest. |
|
People age at different rates; genetics is also a huge factor.
And I don't think she's big on plastic surgery/procedures. Personally, I think she looks fine. Dignified, if you will. I'd hate for her to have Kardashian-style lips, cheekbone implants and such. |
| Oh good grief she's gorgeous. She does NOT look old! |
| People are so used to seeing the celebrities with all their work done. They're so used to plastic that they forget what a real woman looks like. |
Exactly! |
THIS. She looks perfectly lovely. Her mother also has aged well. Also, as many PPs have pointed out, the black eyeliner doesn't do much for her. |
Bingo. The truth is, she does look older from the wedding. But she should. That was 3 or 4 years ago and she's had two pregnancies in between and apparently no botox or plastic surgery. I commend her for that. We need more female celebrities who are committed to aging gracefully in the public eye. |
+1. That fair, delicate British skin is lovely when we're kids but not so much after childbearing and entering middle age. Sigh. |
| her wrinkles are horrifying for her age |
Yes. She did not win the genetic lottery so she is aging as expected. But that hair and makeup need updating. The hot-rollered hair especially looks ridiculous on a mid-30s mother. |
| Catwoman posting again?? |
| I also think it is mostly the eyeliner that makes her look a bit older but I still think she looks beautiful. |
|
A lot of it is the make up. She wears make up that looks very flattering in photos taken from afar, but not close up.
I also think she's opting for a more traditional style of clothing because of the whole "royal family" thing. Totally appropriate. But if you were to pull her out of that royal family context and have her dress similarly to the rest of us, she'd absolutely look her age. Probably younger. Especially if you remove all the make up. |
