She needs to gain weight. Kate like many women looks gorgeous with a fuller face. She's lost so much eight since getting married. I think the stress of being a royal wife is getting to her I don't think she was fully prepared for what she signed herself up for.

agreed! She looks so much better with a few more pounds especially when she is pregnant. In some photos during the first couple years after getting married she was scary skinny.
