Why does Kate Middleton look so old?

she needs less eyeliner, but other than that, she looks like a 33 year old who has not had botox or fillers and is photographed constantly without filters in harsh light. I am sure if we all were subjected to the same, we would look worse.

yeah, sorry, but she looks like a mid thirties mom of two, and you found crazy unflattering/pregnant/harsh light wrinkled forehead shots of her. She is a beautiful, slim girl, who usually looks great. I cannot imagine what I would look like in close up preg shots inbetween hair appointments. And she does not use botox, so her forehead wrinkles. She does not look old. She looks 33. She is 33.

so what? Kate Middleton is not a former model now an actress. She clearly hasn't done the standard Hollywood work. Why does she have to? She is a pretty, polished, relatively normal looking, but much thinner and better groomed woman. She looks nice always.
