LAMB lottery results

Twins always end up together. TWINS curses! J/K.

Ah, knew it was coming but it is still sad. Congrats to those who got in.

What's the cutoff for who got in?

Only those far enough down the list that they won't get in anyway. Twins in the higher numbers are separated.

There are all kinds of twin mixups on the list. Some pairs of twins share a number. Some pairs of twins share TWO (vastly different) numbers. Others are obviously consecutive on the list.

There were at least 27 PK3 spots according to an earlier poster, so at least one through 27.

Jeez, 11 slots last year and 3 slots this year. That stinks for rising PK4 families who really wanted to attend.

Yup particularly because two years ago there were a lot of PS3 slots. So if my kids were born six days earlier their chances of getting in would have been much, much better because they would have started PS3 in fall Of 2013. Oh well, I'll now turn my attention to obsessing over the common lottery.

Don't be too disappointed about missing that lottery two years ago. There were 730 of us on the wait list even with more openings.

So at least 1-27 for PK3 and 1-3 for PK4

We are carrying on our proud family tradition of being last or close to last on all wait lists. Plus it looks like all our neighborhood buddies struck out too.

Are the results the waitlist only, or the full list of results (including kids who got in)? I think this is waitlist only. Can someone confirm?

No these are just the results of the lottery without any preferences.

But nice to see that so many of our "HRCS" classmates applied as well. Don't tell the Principal!
Anonymous
Holy shit. Cannot believe they did it by full name and not initials. That's kind of messed up.

This is not the wait list.

And I am kind of stunned that they used full names too.
Anonymous
They used full names? I would be so pissed.

My twins are numbers 4 and 5 for LAMB for pre-k 4. But what are the odds a spot will open up? Still small right?

What's the problem with that?
