Ouch.

It will be interesting to see how the defense counters these witnesses. Doesn’t sound good for this Dem.

Funny how they mostly neglect to mention he's a DEMOCRAT criminal.

Please name one actual news organization that refers to any U.S. Senator without mentioning to which political party he ascribes in the first two sentences.

The NY Times was named earlier as a source that did not cite his party.

NBC also incorrectly stated his party affiliation.

NBC News was forced to run a correction on its website Wednesday after it incorrectly referred to New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez as a Republican.

Menendez, who is a Democrat, is facing federal corruption charges related to allegations that he accepted luxury trips and other favors from a wealthy doctor seeking political influence.

NBC ran an Associated Press wire story about opening statements in the Menendez trial, but referred to the senator on first reference as "U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez, R-N.J.”

So now it goes to trial, or does the judge decide?

He can resign with an effective date of January 16. It takes 66 senators to expel one, there's no way Democrats would go along if Republicans tried to force him to leave earlier.

Seriously, given the level of criminality in the WH and Senate right now. I mean, we have a POTUS flagrantly violating the Emoluments clause.
