Healthiest option for pit stop at McDonalds?

It's usually what I order and I only eat a few of the fries. The grilled chicken sandwich comes with mayo, so if you do go that route, make sure you say no mayo.

Why? A bit of mayo may add 10 calories, which is negligible. It may contain soybean oil, but is also such a small amount that it doesn't seem harmful.

I usually get the fruit smoothie, and maybe a small (.99 cent) package of fries. It's not exactly healthy, but not too terrible, and pretty filling. The McD's salads gross me out, as does their chicken anything.
