Healthiest option for pit stop at McDonalds?

They have fat free Newman's Own dressing, get that with a salad. And grilled chicken ++ and the burgers are tiny so one hamburger is not a lot of calories/fat.

Pretend you are fasting and just get bottled water.

Order a quarter pounder with cheese without the meat. They'll do it special.

Forget healthy, how disgusting.

Why not just pack your own food. Even a peanut butter sandwich is better than anything you'll find at McDonalds.

Pack a sandwich and a piece of fruit in a bag. Order a cup of coffee in McDonalds.

What is it with all you weirdos who are so afraid of salad dressing? Seriously, you eat salad without dressing? Gimme a break.

Just get the bacon ranch salad. Jeez.

I just get a regular cheeseburger and small fries. A mini splurge.

I LOVE salad and I'd never get a salad from McDonald's. I can't imagine how it's fresh.

I often get a hamburger happy meal, so it's controlled portions. I think the hamburger is 250cal, the happy meal size fries are 250, and the apple slices are 15.

Then you have a bonus toy.

They should have calorie info posted, and full nutritional info is available on their website.

My favorites:
Egg McMuffin
Sausage burrito
Yogurt parfait
Smoothies
Grilled chicken anything

Eat This Not That guys always recommend a Happy Meal like option: Hamburger, small fries, water / unsweetened tea (or milk if you want more protein). It's usually what I order and I only eat a few of the fries. The grilled chicken sandwich comes with mayo, so if you do go that route, make sure you say no mayo.
