| Getting in the car for a road trip, and will need to stop at McDonalds for dinner. What's the healthiest option there so I don't blow my two week diet? Yogurt parfait? Something else? |
| Salad no dressing |
| Salad with grilled chicken. Get one of the low cal dressings and just dip the tines of your fork in. Bottled water. |
| They have a salad with grilled chicken and I think they have fruit. Apple slices for sure |
| Plain hamburger. Unsweetened iced tea. |
| Do they still have those big chicken wraps? There is one with grilled chicken & cucumbers that is a pretty good option without the dressing. Also the fruit parfait. Of course I'd just say screw it and get a Big Mac with fries and a huge sweet tea. So, don't be me. |
| Plain grilled chicken sandwich. Add ketchup if you want a sauce. |
|
Oatmeal
It's available all day. |
| Make it your cheat day and have whatever you want. Life is too short to miss out on the occasional yum of Mickey Ds! |
| Napkins |
| Can't you stop at subway and get a salad with a protein? |
Where are you that McD's is the only stop available? |
| they should have calorie counts posted. Sometimes the salads aren't the best option. |
| I'm in a van with lots of people who want McDonalds, and I don't want to pitch a fit and make everyone stop somewhere else just for me. I'm thinking of just doing the grilled chicken sandwich and simply eat the chicken (not the bun). I'm hesitant to eat a salad from mcdonalds...don't want the runs. |
That's what I do, too. |
