How to wear long hair in a professional setting

Waist length PP here. My hair looks nothing like either of those women and I agree their hair is awful. Mine is much more like if you were to google "Kim Kardashian long hair". Styled with a round brush with lots of layers and movement. Not the same at all.

Kim Kardashian does not have waist length hair. It has been long, but not that long. She actually had it cut in Paris a couple of weeks ago, so maybe you are not as in style as you think. I have never seen a woman with waist length hair wearing it down in a professional office in Washington DC.
