Yea, but BSF is a different type of firm with a different type of structure. The associates there are rewarded in bonuses for rain-making moreso than at other firms. Even there, $300,000 is utterly exceptional. Anyways, this whole thread is bizarre. If you got a bonus, you are blessed and enjoy it. I would not gloat about it though. The market can shift in short order. |

I'm happy with my 2k bonus! 100k salary. I'm a fed and thought for sure there would be no bonus this year

Must depend on your agency. No bonuses to anyone other than SES in my agency and we all had furlough days under the sequester, so I took a pay cut this year! Woohoo! |
