Except the ones with the rat tails inside...

How is a rat tail going to kill you? Come to life and strangle you?

Here's a little list: Cyanide = Poison. Arsenic = Poison. Rat tails? Ew, but not poison.

I don't have a problem with occasional sweets as a part of a balanced diet, but Pop Tarts always give me a sore throat. There is some ingredient in there that my body does not want me to ingest.

it is not about the sugar

The ADA admits the answer 'isn't so simple' on sugar causing diabetes. It doesn't NOT cause it.

I could eat a can of frosting but I'm not too into poptarts.

No fat folks in my house so I don't worry about the extra calories.

Enjoy your diabeetus.

Give me a break. Sugar doesn't cause diabetes.

But doesn't eating junky and sugary food increase the chances of becoming overweight and/or a Type 2? diabetic?

Overeating and sitting on your fat butt all day increase the risk of being overweight and developing diabetes. I could eat a box of Poptarts a day and not gain a pound because of the intensity of my exercise program.

Whether your calories out > your calories in isn't the point, PP. Childhood eating habits shape adult eating habits. And while one pop tart doesn't a diabetic make, it's still sugary junk anyway you slice it. There are better snack alternatives out there (especially for 200 bucks/yr).

Is this post fake? I find OP hard to believe. Even harder to believe so many adults on here eat Pop Tarts. Yuck.
