I know that. My point was, I think Brandi said "surrogacy" when she meant "donor eggs" so it IS defamation if Adrienne didn't use a surrogate. I think Adrienne carried the babies but they are not biologically hers. Brandi said she used a surrogate. There's a difference and even if Adrienne knows what Brandi meant, if that's not what Brandi said, she could sue Brandi. |

I read on the internet that the Maloofs had an open relationship to try to salvage their marriage for the sake of staying together for their kids.
Who knows what it really is. I would assume it is the donor eggs bc she is trying to protect her children from knowing. Otherwise, all bets are off with your privacy when you decide to be on a reality show. Her kids on the other hand deserve their privacy. |

Maybe she is an imbecile and does not know what that means but I have to assume its something more to do with their parenting, relationship, etc. |

I think the "character assassination" could have been referring to Brandi calling her a liar. Also, people throw around legal terms and threaten lawsuits without having real knowledge of what is actionable and what those terms really mean. (i.e. libel and defamation). |

It kept being referred to as a family issue.... Which I thought was odd... And no one doubted or denied it... Everyone knew it was true, but were shocked Brandi dared mention it... So no one defended her in the moment, and I think that's an important fact. Whatever she said, I believe.
I thought Paul was ok until he whipped out 'bitch' at Brandi... Bitch, meaning 'I can't say anything other than bitch because I mad you told the truth'... A gentleman doesn't have to go there and say that to a woman's face. He could have called her on her 'lie' and walked away but he made himself look nasty. Kim clearly has jealousy/anger issues w her sister.... I can't believe she bothered to spill the beans like that at her sisters husbands event... Though probably they get bonus cheques from bravo when they say these things on telly. Kyle... Needs filler, Botox and a nose job. Her baggy eyelids and eyelid varicosities are all i can stare out. Ive noticed shes started doing her lips but they still look thin and shapeless. Her young healthy hair, and how dark she colours it makes her face look older.
