It isn't defamation if it is TRUE.  Defamation is when one shares untrue information that harms the other person.  If what Brandi said is TRUE, she cannot be sued (or at least the suit wouldn't be successful).[/quote]

I know that. My point was, I think Brandi said "surrogacy" when she meant "donor eggs" so it IS defamation if Adrienne didn't use a surrogate. I think Adrienne carried the babies but they are not biologically hers. Brandi said she used a surrogate. There's a difference and even if Adrienne knows what Brandi meant, if that's not what Brandi said, she could sue Brandi. [/quote]
