I suspect Adrienne either used a surrogate or donor eggs. Brandi seemed to be hinting at that last week when she asked the ladies at the table about their birth experiences.

It doesn't seem like that big a deal, but maybe they hadn't told/weren't planning to tell their sons.

No, I don't think Adrienne used a surrogate. I think the allegation Adrienne made recently was that Paul was abusing the kids. Pictures popping up everywhere now because her chef apparently posted some pictures of a beaten and battered Adrienne. The Chef doesn't say who did it but it looks like he may be implicating Paul according to some online reports. So I think that's the big family secret - Paul is being accused of doing something bad. And that may explain his almost violent temper and reaction. If people weren't around he looked like he would have beaten Brandi.

If this is it, its so terribly sad for her and the kids.

Did you catch what they said about their "employees"? I rewound ten times but couldn't get it. Brandi said something about Adrienne's employees and then Adrienne said something about Brandi's employes, to which Brandi said she didn't have any employees.

I think it has to do with child abuse too. Andy Cohen said its been in the news recently.

However the only thing that makes me think it could be something else was there were no horrified reactions from the women. Surprised that brandy would go there, yes, but horrified (which I would think child abuse would cause) no.

I wouldn't call abuse "SO personal" I would call it shocking. "Personal" and "private" about family makes me think it's more along the lines of donor eggs or something.

It's definitely surrogacy. People have been writing about it online for a couple of weeks. Could be donor eggs as well. I think the Maloolfs would be more worried about that coming out. A low blow by Brandi, but I still love her. They have filed a lawsuit. It seems there's a lot more to the background that we don't know and it does seem that Brandi has a lot of dirt on them.

Based on what you all have said, I agree that donor eggs is more likely. It was soooo annoying for Bravo to edit the show like they did and not tell us what Brandi said. Am guessing it was for legal reasons? But if it's true, Brandi can't be liable for whatever she said and if it weren't true, why would Adrienne and Paul be so mad?

Also totally agree that Kim is a moron for bringing that stuff to them in the middle of Mauricio's party. What kind of a grown up repeats gossip about someone and says its because "they needed to know?" You're just starting shit and you know it.

Also, did anyone else feel like this ep was just a commercial for the various housewives/husbands projects? Commercial for Mauricio's new real estate agency with that party (which I'm pretty sure was staged and was just for the housewives because all the other people on that rooftop looked like extras who were just standing around). Commercial for Lisa's restaurant/new show which stars the employees in her restaurant.

I love RHBH but gimme a break with this episode.

What PP said. Definitely surrogacy at a minimum. For them to react like that there probably were donor eggs too and they have never told anyone including kids. I can't imagine getting so upset over using a surrogate only. Plus she told the story about how she had a c-section? Very odd. Then Bravo had to take the sound out?!? Clearly they don't want to get into the legal mess. But really, you go on that show and don't think a huge secret like that will come out?

I don't think it relates to the divorce. For that to happen so quickly I think it is more the abuse issue.

Okay..he was cleared of any abuse..that was just a nasty divorce negotiating trick by Adrienne. Also, doubting surrogacy because prior to the show..they were still public people so that would have been out there. Donor eggs..I assuming she used them because she is like fifty and has young kids..so unless she is the 1% who had kids at 44 without a donor egg..that sounds like it--but also wondering how that would have gotten out unless she said something to people. Hmmm now if she was in the 1% who could used their own eggs at an older age..maybe Paul's stuff wasn't used? He seemed angrier..sort of a manhood thing. Also agree that Kim is an idiot..and I think a producer probably egged her on but I would be livid if i were Kyle..this was her husband's party and long after this show is finished..he will be running his business. FYI..can't believe I am having this discussion..I am losing brain cells by the second

I agree it can't be surrogacy because you can't hide that from your kids, friends, family, etc. But I bet it's either donor eggs or donor embryos - that you can easily hide.

Kyle's always mad at Kim tho, so she needs to get over it.

I totally agree! And don't forget advertising for the surgeon, Brandi's book agent AGAIN. This episode watching Lisa's preview for upcoming show too. Only the last 5 mins were interesting because I had to keep rewinding to understand what they were saying. BORING.
