I also agree the surrogacy is too big of an issue to hide for public figures and then to straight up lie about having a c section?

But for donor eggs - how would brandy be privy to that info?

Haha I am so happy I came to DCUM to look for this thread because I knew it would have been started, or I was going to.

I have no idea what it was...but it has to do with family and kids from what I got from Adrienne's remarks to Brandy.

Adrienne said it was "character assasination" so I dont know what surrogacy or donor eggs would have to do with that!?!?!

I stopped watching the show, but saw an episode recently when there wasn't anything good on tv. It was the one where they went to Ojai for the girls' trip. I used to like Brandi because she was the under dog and Kyle, Kim, Lisa were being real witches to her, but this episode made her look bad. I like that she's real (well, as real as any of them can get), but she really does have a temper at times over such little things. Girl needs to simmer down.

I think it's funny that we on this thread are probably well educated/successful women and we are opining about seriously stupid stuff..I just can't help myself. Okay--how old is Lisa? Did I hear her right when she said her husband was 16 years older? I didn't think he was that old? Thoughts? Also how does Brandi get her money? Seriously she isn't even ft on the show and her ex doesn't have a lot ..he is just grifting off the country chick. Is there family money? By the way..these ladies are a walking advertisment of why not to do botox..their faces are all weird..ditto on the cheek implants. The only normal looking one is Kyle and she is getting a little old for that hair.

She was/is a model. Her ex has done quite a bit of work and I would imagine she has a large child/spousal support check.

Not to burst your bubble, or anyone else's, but it is a very good bet that a RHOBH producer told Kim to tell Paul and Adrienne. Probably the same producer who arranged for Mauricio's party. If they did not stage that party, then why on earth would Kyle invite all the other "girls" knowing full-well that drama would follow?

It's all faux reality television.

I believe Lisa is 52, which puts Ken at 68. That surprised me too. I assume the age gap was probably more of a talking point when Lisa married him at 22 and he was 38. Lisa jokes around a lot but you can also tell that she really cares about him a lot. Very different than Paul and Adrienne's relationship.

Brandi had to be discussing the child abuse claims that surfaced when their divorce was announced. I agree it isn't character assassination to allege surrogacy. I don't think anyone would ever lie about that because no one cares.

Not sure why Kim felt like she had to bring it up at Maurico's party unless she truly does dislike him and knew causing a scene in front of his clients would tick him off. Kim seems like she harbors a lot of anger towards Kyle and Maurico. I would have never repeated anything Brandi said, but this might be why I would never be on a reality show!

I also think she doesn't have a lot of money. Didn't Bravo make a point earlier in the season to have Lisa come over to Brandi's house and they focused on how small and cheap it was?

It’s the surrogacy. That’s why it hasn’t aired yet - Bravo revealing her ‘medical history’ against her wishes would leave them vulnerable to a lawsuit. Since it was actually Brandi saying it (not Bravo) and Bravo simply recorded it (and had they aired it), they might be safe, but it’s legally risky. It’s also why the Maloofs/Nassifs didn’t really say she was lying about it; they just said it was a terrible thing to do and that they could sue. Paul does eventually call her a liar (and a negligent mother, and a drug user, etc.), but they don’t deny her claim.
