how do you handle the logistics of so many kids? i.e., the doctor's appts, dentist's appts, sports and other extracurricular activities, birthday parties for classmates, etc. i only have two and seem to be always running around to these things.

You just make it work! We plan things ahead of time and leave room to mess up. We also work together to make it work. We do a lot of running around too, I definitely know how you feel about that lol but we just get it done.
