If you don't like maps, maybe numbers by jurisdiction is more palatable? For Dominion:

Seems like Arlington has it rough, based on percentage of customers out (21%) compared to Alexandria (6%) or Ffx County (9%).

DC and Montco are doing great by comparison, only 2 or 3% of customers with no power.
