Although I love all but the stinky cheeses, if I had to pick one, it would be smoked Gouda.
DW's favorite is Cabot's Seriously Sharp Cheddar. We get the big blocks of this and she goes through them regularly. |
Good point. But I think all the ash-lovers went the way of Humboldt Fog, or our local Cherry Glen Ash. |
Gotta love Cabot. If you like sharp white cheddar, I think their Private Stock is the best. Try it with apple pie. (It's a Vermont thing.) |
