I haven't met a cheese I didn't like, but we bought a container of fresh smoked mozzarella at the Westover farmers market yesterday and it is bliss! Mozzarella is typically not even close to the top of my list cheese-wise, but this is in a different league: creamy, slightly salty, smoky, and paired with juicy, ripe tomatoes it was just about the best thing I ate this summer. Highly recommend!

Manchego and Roquefort. Also like Mayfair Blue, which is milder than some Blues.

I love cheese and will often have cheese and an apple for lunch.

i love a nice sharp white cheddar too.
interestingly, i found that a particular breed of cabot is awesome and cheap. i can't remember what it is... might be the extra sharp cheddar. they have a million varieties of sharp white cheddar. they even used it on minibar's "cheesesteak."

Oh, thank you. This reminds me that I haven't been to Cheesetique in a long time - will need to make a special trip this weekend.

My votes:

Nancy's Hudson Valley Camembert (triple cream)
Pierre Robert (triple cream)
Epoisse (stinky)
Ribbiola due latte
Tallegio
Crater Lake Blue
Humboldt Fog
