45 here, I do look or maybe it is notice young woman more now. Though, I know if I were twenty, I would not look twice at these woman.(I know they are not looking at me, sign!) So, I think it is a biological thing as we age. Funny smart confidant woman are very attractive at any age.
In my experience, woman are poor judges of who their competition is, ie you can't judge what that guy will think is an attractive women. So, don't worry about the super attractive woman. Act your age, know what you want, and you will be fine.

30 year old dad again. I had to RSS this thread. Love it. Look she asked what men look for and I gave her my list. I should also add a natural looking tan (non jersey shore), a good sorority and preferably she went to an SEC school. That's what I and all my buddies liked and married. Don't believe me?
