My BIL is in law enforcement, and he advised me that we should meet in a public place. Whoa!!!! Alarm ! Alarm! If your BIL is in LE you need to ask him about his concerns. LE over the years train and get used to picking up on things that the average law abiding folks like us do not. Vet him out.
