Neighbor has a severe crush on my husband

Okay OP, what is it about her that makes you so sure?

I tend to think that men AND women prefer a nice personality as we get older. Let's face it, the cheerleader at age 18 looks nowhere near that cheerleader at age 40, and progressively less at age 50, etc.

Who wants to grow old on the couch in front of the t.v. with a Stepford wife who is so neutral she doesn't even have her own opinions (for example)?

You sound a bit desperate and unhappy with yourself.

Chill out
Your man is ugly and she just feels sorry for him.

What I am missing here is where are the specifics?

Is she definitely into your DH - or could you be reading this wrong.

Is it perhaps that the couple really likes your DH and not you? (Not being snarky, but a legitimate question)

OP, you sound off your rocker. WHY on EARTH are you and your husband still hanging out with them? Surely you cannot be that desperate for friends. This sounds like a fake post. Nobody can be that dim.

20:44 - HUH? That would be your choice? To sit with an uninteresting person night after night? You make no sense.

Listen -

NO ONE has a crush on my husband - gay or straight.

Which would you prefer?

Sorry everyone is being needlessly rude to you, OP.

Seems like this thread has become the toy of the nasty posters.

Anyway, to the OP, I'm trying to imagine if it were me that was being treated nicely by a man who was being rude to my husband. That would not sit well with me. I would stop feeling nice and friendly toward that person. I would hope your husband feels the same. He's loyalties are to you so he should express to this woman that what she is doing is not allowed. You two are a package. If she wants to be friends with your husband she needs to be kind to you. I hope he gives her a cold shoulder and you both start avoiding this odd person.
