Obviously, fans, air conditioning and all sort of sprays also increase need of hydration. That and people are more aware and want to look aware of importance of drinking water, instead of drinking alcohol and sugary drinks. |

| Back in the day I was thirsty quite a bit because all we had were these water fountains that barely pumped water out of their spouts. I am so thankful to finally be able to drink as much water as I want without standing in line and having someone yell, “Leave some water for the fish” when it is finally my turn to drink from the fountain. |

I just use one with a cover that keeps it cool and if I knock it over there’s not a total mess. Nothing very big and maybe I refill it after lunch or not. |

Oy vey. Extra water doesn’t miraculously give you great skin no more than it can make anyone ugly pretty. Being born pretty (genetics) and youth make you pretty … followed by eating well, access to dermatologist and plastic surgeon, and of course photo filters make you pretty. |
