If you are still having trouble deciding on your “team” here then you are either ethically and morally challenged, a troll, or epically stupid. I hope that you don’t have children because we can’t have another generation of people like you. |
The Dems should always oppose and never participate in misinformation, hate, or shameless gaslighting. But today, they are opposing it too quietly. Today's news media is not like yesterday's CBS/NBC/ABC evening news. Republicans have adapted, Democrats have not adapted. Republicans have coordinated talking points. And they know how to go on offense, putting Democrats on defense. Learn from them. |
I don’t have a team. Spare me your bleating about “other team worse.” I am sick to death of people who see their team doing something unconscionable and respond to criticism by saying “well the other team…” I vote for the least bad candidate in each election, for each position. If everyone did the same thing the country would be in a far better place. |
BS. The end justifies the means. It’s often easier to take the moral high ground on an individual basis, but looks where that has led. Refusing to get one’s hands dirty is a cowardly action if one knows the opposition’s evil intentions. |
You sound like a child. Newsflash: your vote won’t can’t for jack$hit going forward, because you can’t tell the difference between annoying know-it-alls and murderous fascists. |

After Citizens United, high level Democrats have been available for purchase as often as Republicans. We're now nearly 20 years into that grand master decision.
My FIL always screams about how "communism doesn't work!" but capitalism doesn't work for everyone, either. Just the few at the top. And they are not dissimilar, in any event. They're both designed on purpose to funnel power and money to the top of the pyramid. It's the socialist countries - the ones that practice it properly - that have the best quality of life for citizens. Not the countries that only claim to practice socialism just in name where they pee on your leg and tell you it's raining. There are plenty of aging Democrats in leadership where it's quite obvious they are catering all their decisions to their donors who have major interests in their home states while ignoring the real elephants that are no longer just sitting in the room, but currently running around the USA hospital. They've apparently decided that while the world is burning down they're just going to get their nut while they can. One female lawmaker I'm thinking of because I went to school with them is literally going bald from the stress, her hair is falling out in real time. |
I guess, I disagree with both of you - because I think it's important to be honest AND that playing hardball is fine. Or maybe I agree with both of you because two wrongs don't make a right, but playing hard ball is noble when necessary. |

Don't roll around in the mud fighting the pigs, they like the mud and delight in you entering upon their own turf so they can claim that you are the same as they are.
One thing that gives me slight heart is that the Catholic Church which had a stranglehold on their US base even through the 1950s and 60s was weakened significantly with the advent of women's rights and absolutely received a kill blow with the exposure of the church's documented practices of protecting practices of abuse of minors. It's never been the same, and today there are whole Catholic schools where the majority of students and faculty alike are no longer Catholic. Major change can happen |

Not gonna bother reading the posts.
Responding to the original post. All I'm gonna say is, Democrats did stoop to MAGA levels. MAGA was a reaction to your Progressivism. Democrats allowed Soros-funded politicians to shove crazy agendas at the western world. Those of you still on the moderate side understand this is a deliberate attempt to divide America between the extreme right and the extreme left. We are being divided by the Epstein-Soros agenda. What is their ultimate goal is the interesting question. It would not surprise me their ultimate goal is turning us into a modern version of billionaire overlords presiding over oppressed masses. It's already happening. |
I’m a a moderate and think you’re full of it. Ds did not stoop to MAGA levels - not even close. |
+1 MAGA is a whole other level than Dems ever reached. -former R now Independent. Completely disgusted with the R party now, and that's saying something after GWB "weapons of mass destruction" fiasco. I've never been disgusted with the D party like today's R party. |
What an embarrassing rube you are. |
Yes they did. They encouraged unfiltered mass illegal immigration. They supported the illegal immigrants by diverting social services from needy Americans. Sanctuary communities have turned their public schools into a joke of what they used to be. Montgomery County schools used to be the envy of the rest of the nation - look at them now. Big percentage of people in America do not pay taxes because they fall under the income requirements. They're supported by middle class taxpayers, who bear the tax burden. (Not trying to excuse the wealthy who avoid paying taxes). I have a friend who is a MAGA (I am not). She pointed out social media would not allow free speech if it went against the Progressive agenda under Biden. Not a big surprise, when social media is playing ball with the powers that be. And it goes on. Don't kid yourself. The Progressives and the MAGA are the two side of the same coin. |
| ^And I am not going to engage further when you people likely are out of a troll farm. |
You need to educate yoru self and try harder. First, make sure the things you are complaining about are real, and if they are, then dig deeper into the actual causes of things that bother you. Use real sources. |
