Bet you would like him killed?

It’s really impossible to have rational discussions with irrational fools like you.

Your aren’t contributing anything here, but at least you’re proving out the stereotype that people on your side of this issue are insane buffoons.

That, plus they are small, bitter and ugly.

I know all sorts have the right to exist, but a world with a 10 million, less ugly, little, bitter people would be a much better place indeed.

God, you people are foul.

There are at least 3800 other children in ICE detention centers. There is no oversight. No one knows what's happening to these children.

We know some of them are getting rapes, because an ICE agent has already been convicted of same.

No one thinks that. What we know about you is that you are a barely employed, under earning man who screams “misandrist” because women fking hate you and always have, so you blame South Asians for having special visas (when they’re full citizens), Latinas for making hilarious and accurate comments about you on Spanish to your face (they’re also citizens), the weary checker at Safeway who doesn’t smile when you pay, and the world at large. I would give anything for you to die in Liam’s place. So would everyone who has ever met you.

I mean, I understand why his mom didn’t open the door, but the fact is, she didn’t. So he was kept with his other parent. If he’d been taken from both parents and put into foster care, people wouldn’t like that either (understandably).

Yes, child protective services should have been called. ICE could have left them safely in their care, and driven away with the man they cam to take.

The social worker from CPS could have asked the child, and the school officials if need be, who his mother was, and the child could have then pointed to the lady in the house and said "That's my mom". With ICE away from the house, mom would have very happily opened up the door to take her child. Probably at the same time she opened the door for her middle school child.

That's what should have happened. Don't be obtuse. "The mom didn't open the door" for Pete's sake. There were options. Once Ice went away, plenty of options. Why didn't they call Child Protective Services?

NP, also if the family has a pending asylum claim and court date then why is the dad being taken away anyway? ICE never even should have been on this family’s property.

And for anyone who disagrees with current asylum laws, why not just lobby for Congress to change laws? I don’t understand how in the world you are instead okay with our government violating the constitution to quell bigoted desires to see brown people rounded up in detention centers? These aren’t the “worst of the worst” as was originally claimed. So at what point do you decide this isn’t okay?

Your stink will tell on you, foul person

Keep thinking you can hide what you are willing to allow

Following video has a mention of the facility in Tilley, Texas (privately owned concentration camp)

Also, if they are not treated as people, can sexual abuse be absent?

Not only is the cruelty the point, but flouting law is the actual point of MAGA. Thus recasting the traitors of 1/6 as protestors, and ignoring the fact that most of those convicted had prior convictions. They are excited to their marrow when Trump violates norms, but when he explicitly violates law, that’s orgasmic for these losers.

His family is here under asylum and have been following all of the legal requirements. These photos are horrific.

They don’t believe. It’s all fake. If they did they would be throwing themselves to their feet every Sunday begging God to forgive them for the hate in their hearts, and Monday through Saturday doing the hard work of atonement.

They want Old Testament God who smites down people left and right for erring, but a New Testament Jesus who forgives them simply by believing he’s the Messiah. It’s such a joke. These people belong nowhere near our public discourse or our laws - they are mentally ill.

I don’t remember ANY Democrat outrage when Elian Gonzales was taken into govt custody.

I remember Democrats applauding it.

What does Elian have to do with this situation? He was sent home to be raised by his father. And by his own admission as an adult, that was the right call. Elian is quite the big deal in Cuba, a trained engineer and elected official. If he stayed here, he’d probably be working as a janitor and on Trump’s deportation list.

Shut your trap

That was another country then. You would call those GOP RINOs now and they wouldn't have put up with your crap

Might as well say MAGA is the party of Lincoln

How about we just acknowledge that he had a father in Cuba who loved him and who had shared custody before mom skipped town, and who had zero interest in emigrating, and that all else being equal it is better to be raised by a parent in your home country who is fighting for custody over a great uncle you never met in a country to which you have zero connection?

Liam’s parents are here, in the United States. They want to raise him here, in the United States. This case is not at all like Elian’s. Elian was an international custody dispute, the “asylum” was a red hearing. These cases are not at all alike.
