College sophomore home and sleeping in until 2-3 pm

No. My daughter is also a sophomore. Just went back to her Ivy League school. While home, she would not grace us with her presence until around 2pm.

My biggest complaint centered on the cheese stick wrappers that are strewn about. Other than that, we were happy to have her at home.

She has a job lined up for the summer.

Let the sleep thing go. They’re on very different schedules.

Totally normal and if he’s in break why do you care? College kids will stay up late and get up later. There’s almost no job that he’ll find to kill fill winter break.
