My objection to Western is that we already have West Potomac HS, West Springfield HS, and Westfield HS. And now adding Western HS? There are many other words that do not include West!

Hopefully, the School Board does not change it to a person or some type of aspirational name. But, they might.

Ugh. Western is such an uninspiring name and doesn’t even fit for location. Oak Hill sounds so much better if they wanted a location name. What a silly waste of time to just land where they started on the naming.

I do not understand why they would take Oak Hill off the list of names to be voted on. It was one of the top ones initially. Why did Reid decide that?
