Going to make this. What do you serve it with? It doesn't seem particularly vitamin/mineral packed. Spinach?

Does anyone do sliders in a regular rotation?
I don't love the idea of buns, and it's hard to find slider buns anyway, but I could keep some in the freezer. I wouldn't eat the buns but my teens would prefer that method of delivery, with cheese and condiments of course. Also good as a snack.

Any ideas besides turkey zucchini sliders? We rarely eat beef.

If you don’t eat beef and don’t like buns just skip sliders/burgers.

The Kings Hawaiian slider rolls we really enjoy. Also, there are many other non-beef versions of sliders. Look at Kings own website, or anything geared to tailgate-type food. We love these https://www.southernliving.com/recipes/ham-delights

Corn and tomatoes go well together. I’d serve tomatoes with this as a vegetable

You don't want beef or buns, so why are you trying to reverse engineer this? Just make turkey meatballs or something.

Thank you! Yes other posters missed the reading comprehension portion of this assignment. My teens love this and will eat it as snacks. Will definitely add the ham in. I bought slider buns tonight and will freeze half of them. I'm going to make a turkey / beef mixture with a bit of spinach mixed in for the patties. Very high quality beef that I'll "dilute" with lots of turkey Kids will add cheddar cheese and ketchup I'm sure. The adults will probably eat like a meatball on a bed of greens with feta cheese.

If anyone has any additional ideas like the ham sliders, I'm all ears!

Jealous! No one in my family wants breakfast for dinner but me. In fact, they want leftover dinner for breakfast.

I love breakfast for dinner too! I'm not a french toast fan, but I always make extra homemade pancakes and waffles and they go in the toaster!
