Last night was spaghetti bolognese made with Trader Joe’s beefless beef crumbles and Raos sauce. Tonight is soccer practice so leftover homemade Mac n cheese with broccoli, just needs heating up. Tomorrow is baked salmon marinated in pesto, with potatoes and broccoli. |
