Big grocery is in bed with the DIA, CIA, and (primarily) the FBI. They are building a database of people who steal in excess of a certain threshold through individual instances. Some say it's 25 thefts or $5200 in value.

They are simultaenously working with Congress to pass a law that will allow the enslavement of these people, for labor, at the for-profit corporations of their choosing.

Better pay for those Altoids buddy. Otherwise, there is a damn good chance you might end up as a field hand at Tom Cotton's place.

One time when I went to grab my full plastic bag off the rack, about an inch thick stack of bags came with it. I stuffed those in the bag and took them home. They are great for disposing of kitty litter. It had to be about 100 bags. No guilt at all. F em.

It never occurred to me to not scan something. Also, I get an alert even when I scan something. Who can steal anything?

I'm sure you think this is super clever, but really, it just reveals how little attention you're paying to the current political climate and the role of technology and its imminent impact. Best of luck with that.

I scan everything and I do my best on organic/conventional produce but I often don’t know because I just grabbed a head of garlic and didn’t look at the sign.
