Also, I am an adult and I can't imagine being a former presidential running mate and getting up on stage and uttering those words. I'm experiencing second hand embarrassment for him. I mean, not only is it a really weird sentiment, it's also words that no one actually uses in a sentence. You would never see teens get together and one says, "fellow kids, let's bully the shit out of Noah" or whatever. I’m not sure what you’re envisioning when you talk about “bullying” — but I’m not talking about “mean”words between second graders. Actually, I just saw on IG from a historian that mocking dictators actually works. It’s been used in several countries successfully. The dictator can’t call out the mocking because he looks weak, but if he doesn’t call it out he looks weak.
